Great location and service. The hosts Itzel and Serafim were amazing, we hope to come visit again soon.
Super nice hosts! You get two free shuttle rides a day which is convenient and helps you save money! They do make you breakfast for free every morning which is a bonus! The room was cleaned daily, huge, smelled good and was beautiful!!! Best of all the room came with Netflix! There is free WiFi and there is a pool and 3 apartments in total at the B&B.
Everything ok, very nice structure and friendly family staff (Itzal and Seraphine), good breakfast and parking availability. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Close enough to the center (but we had a car). Very good value of the money for what you get. Not related to the structure per se, but if you are looking for a day trip to Cozumel, just go there and book something on the spot (there is a lot of companies and availability), booking in advance via the B&B structure is not really a bargain (costs more than booking on the spot).
Cute family run b&b. Very chatty and attentive staff. Rooms are small but clean with great comfy beds. Hot running water, Netflix account for you to use. An excellent first stop of our trip. Walk to supermarket easy, walk to town is long but doable and taxis are cheap. Breakfast is basic small portion and needs pre ordering night before. Thanks for looking after us. Amazing birds all around.
We loved our stay at Casa Gem. It was near the end of a quiet street but close to downtown, beaches, and the Xcaret parks. The couple who owns and runs it are very kind and welcoming. The free breakfasts were very good and cooked to order. The rooms and the building are beautiful and modern and everything was perfectly maintained. We had coffee, water and everything we needed in our spacious room.
This place is a hidden Gem. The owners are such great people, friendly and relax. They have love for what they are doing. We are staying for 5 days and we love it. Good fresh breakfast, highspeed internet, very clean rooms, free bikes. We will come back for sure.
We had a lovely night here. Ranks among one of the most welcoming and friendly receptions I've had during our trip in Mexico. Fluently english, safe area, and good accessibility to restaurants nearby (we had a rental). Good breakfast. Lovely rooms, clean and spacious. Hotelcat is always a plus.
Really amazing staff, truly helpful with fluent English. Not intrusive, but always here to help you out with no matter what! You get discount to the many tours and places throw them, just ask! Room is also ok, nothing special but really nice and clean, room service everyday. Would definitely recommend!
